Skills Exchange Programme

A programme of learning, capacity building and partnerships for our festival partners.

The Skills Exchange Programme has been devised to support our Festival of Industry partners and comprises of the four following strands. The program has been running throughout the festival and we hope it will help to strengthen Enfield’s creative sector.

• One to one skill exchanges – matching our creative partners who can help each other by sharing their skills.  

• Skill workshops –delivered by artists or organisations from both inside and outside the borough who we consider to be exemplar practitioners.

• Targeted skill delivery – Provided in response to specific skill requests from partners.

• Information sharing and networking – a series of events and field trips, exploring key themes i.e. Arts & Health, Regeneration and Community Co-production.
